HB 117: Property Tax Rebates

H.B. 117, P.N. 912 (SCAVELLO) This would amend the Senior Citizens Rebate and Assistance Act 3 of 1971, P.L. 104.
This would disallow a claim for a property tax rebate in 2006 and afterwards where a school real property tax is prohibited by law.
The funds expended by the Revenue Department for paying real property tax rebates would be annually adjusted by increasing the maximum limit on household income eligible to receive rebates.

I don't understand why this issue is being brought up when supposedly, the lotrery money is taking care of property tas rebates. As it stands, we can get more money back now from the lottery according to our income that we would have gotten back if our School district had opted in on the Act 72 bill. The right answer is to get abolish the property tax all together like the STOP campainge want to. So we must go with STOP and forget about the Act 72 sham.

Why is there any debate on the property tax issue? The Stop Taxing Our Property is the only way to go, that is, if you people in power care any thing about your constituants. Do you not care about the people that are being thrown out of their homes onto the streets? Homes will be tax exempt. Over 112,000 people have signed petitions for the STOP to become effective. Please have mercy on the the elderly in PA.

Once you come across a dedicated Daycare Provider you begin to understand that working in the Child Care field is a labor of love and certainly not a labor for monetsry gain. According to Madga Martinez, UNM Career Works, "Providers earn $12,058 per year on average, and seldom receive benifits or paid leave."

I am the sort of hombre who loves to try bran-new stuff. Right now I'm fabricating my personal photovoltaic panels. I'm doing it all by myself without the aid of my men. I am utilizing the internet as the only way to acheive this. I discovered a truly awesome site which explains how to make solar panels and wind generators. The internet site explains all the steps required to photovoltaic panel building.

I am not exactly sure bout how precise the data given there is. If some people over here who have xp with these things can have a look and give your feedback in the page it will be great and I'd highly value it, cauze I truly lav solar panel construction.

Thanks for reading this. U guys rock.
